Design for a blockchain storage platform
About the client
Dayta is a crypto project offering a new approach to personal data storage through blockchain technology. Users can securely store notes, thoughts, and other information while maintaining full control over access. The platform also allows them to earn tokens by granting access to their data or sharing it. Focused on security, privacy, and decentralization, Dayta appeals to those who value complete control over their personal information.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to design a website that balanced technological sophistication with accessibility. Since crypto projects often seem complex to broader audiences, the interface needed to feel intuitive, even for users unfamiliar with blockchain technology. At the same time, the design had to look innovative and modern to reinforce the project’s technological edge and attract potential investors during the ICO.
Another key challenge was establishing a distinct visual identity. Instead of the common black backgrounds often used in crypto design, I chose a deep dark blue to give the site a more premium and refined feel. To clearly communicate the concept of secure data storage, I created custom illustrations that visually explain the technology. I also carefully structured the content to ensure users could quickly find the most relevant information.

The final result
The final design features a dark theme with a deep dark blue background instead of traditional black, creating a more refined and modern look. Key elements are highlighted with Dayta’s signature gradient, reinforcing the brand’s unique visual identity. Dynamic typography and subtle animations introduce a sense of technological sophistication without overwhelming the user experience.
Special attention was given to content presentation. The site structure clearly communicates the platform’s key features — how data storage works, its benefits, and how users can earn tokens. Custom illustrations simplify complex technical concepts, while the overall design builds trust and highlights Dayta’s innovative approach.
